According to the NRL –
The matches were watched by 2.1 million viewers, an increase of 7% on last year’s event. Viewership on Fox Sports/Kayo for the English Super League game between Leeds and Hull KR were up 35.2% on 2025, while ratings for the Cowboys-Knights clash increased by 25.5% on the early NRL game in Vegas last year.
The Allegiant Stadium triple-header set a number of broadcast records, including: Knights v Cowboys fixture was the second-most watched exclusive Fox Sports/Kayo match of all time, behind only the 2024 Vegas opener It was the highest-ever audience on Fox Sports/Kayo for both Newcastle and North Queensland
The Bulldogs v Dragons game was the most-watched match of all time (including finals) between the two sides It was the fourth most-watched Round 1 fixture of all time
It was the most-watched regular season fixture featuring the Bulldogs and the second-most watched Dragons regular season fixture of all time The Super League fixture between Leeds and Hull KR was the most-watched Super League fixture on Fox Sports/Kayo of all time
2025
The 2025 Vegas Opener rated an average audience on Nine of 715,000 with a reach of 1.627m. The womens clash rated an average audience of 353,000 on Nine with a reach of 973,000. With consolidation, the mens average audience on Nine was 718,000, while the women averaged 385,000.
Foxtel reports that Sunday 2 March was the most streamed day ever for the channel with 144 million minutes streamed. Expanding the rugby league schedule to include an international women’s game and a Super League game saw the Jillaroos achieving their biggest audience ever across Foxtel and Kayo Sports in their victory over the Lionesses. The Wigan Warriors v Warrington Wolves game also soared to the top of the most watched Super League game of all time across Foxtel and Kayo Sports. The Penrith Panthers v Cronulla Sharks game was the most-watched game over the weekend, with the game also being the most watched regular season Panthers game ever across Foxtel Group.

Internationally, Nielson in the USA reported 371,000 total viewers for the Raiders/Warriors in Vegas on Fox in the US.
The NRL kicked off with much fanfare in Vegas, and Warriors fans tuned in in huge numbers for their initial game, with 402k people watching the Raiders v Warriors match from Las Vegas on Sky and free-to-air on Sky Open. A further 91k watched on Sky Go and 64k on Sky Sport Now.
2024
The 2024 Vegas Opener rated an average audience on Nine of 796,000 with a reach of 1.686m. . It was the No.2 program in Brisbane with Total People and the No.3 program in Sydney. With consolidation the average audience was 808,000.
The NRL’s venture into Las Vegas turned into a television ratings bonanza for Fox League with the season-opening Sea Eagles-Rabbitohs and Roosters-Broncos matches at Allegiant Stadium the most-watched games on Fox League to date. South Sydney’s 36-24 win over Manly pulled in a remarkable 838,000 viewers on TV screens and on Fox Sports’ streaming service Kayo. Fox League had 786,000 people tune into the Roosters and Broncos clash compared to Channel 9’s 784,000 viewers on Sunday night.
The two matches on Foxsports in the US rated 61,000 and 44,000 viewers.
