These grants received in 2025 supported the expansion of the Club’s training and administration facility at Cockburn Central, delivering elite infrastructure for its AFLW program.
The state‑of‑the‑art AFLW and community changerooms, as well as a 250‑seat spectator viewing area and new coaches’ boxes at Cockburn Central, were completed in September 2025, representing a total capital investment of more than $7 million.
The Club achieved its highest‑ever turnover of $83.6 million, driven by AFL record match‑day ticket sales and premium hospitality revenue, alongside a top‑three AFL league ranking for average home‑game attendance behind only Collingwood and Carlton.
Since the commencement of the Club’s Strategic Plan in 2021, Fremantle’s net cash has increased $5 million to sit above $7 million in reserves, while continuing to invest in major capital projects during this period.
