Following Origin and the Matildas, we were back into regular programming with both AFL and NRL in action on Friday.
In the AFL, the Western Bulldogs faced the Brisbane Lions in front of 31,280 at Marvel Stadium. The match drew 573,000 viewers to the Seven Network including a reach of 1.751 million.
Further North and Fridays NRL saw St George Illawarra take on Wests Tigers at WIn Stadium with 9,969 in attendance. The match was watched by 522,000 on the Nine Network including a BVOD audience of 61,000 with a reach of 1.271 million.
